comfy beds, we appreciated it. the hotel staff was efficient and accommodating, they all greeted us. the facilities were very good too.

Plentiful English breakfast with excellent choices. Neat and newly renovated room, had a very special stay in February. Incredible and amazing location on outdoor area if cool, and 15 minute walk from Great Orme.

the hotel was beautifully designed, with stunning location right near to the pier. well-equipped rooms, panoramic views of the entire bay. feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, nice bed.

The units are light, inviting.

Breakfast was top, always freshly prepared, just can't make good coffee. Fantastic view. Lift for suitcases available in the house, access to the house only via several stairs. Very tastefully furnished. Good personal contact.

Parking situation is terrible, had to park up to 15 minutes away. But it was communicated in advance like this. Shower horrible, hardly any water came out.

The breakfast as well as the ambience was very good, the best on our round trip through Wales. The view from the room is very good (even if there is a fallow land between the house and the lake).

A refrigerator would have been nice to store the food (hiking provisions). Unfortunately parking was also a challenge but in the end we found something every day.

Charming staff, lovely sea view room. Wi-fi was spotty at times.

Fine sea views and really good hospitality

The breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent selection of fresh fruits and a delicious full English. Claire and Roman provided attentive service. The only downside was the steep stairs leading up to the guest house, which might be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Breakfast was fab n they let us order what we wanted the night before, so no waiting around. The location was perfect, short walk to the pier n promenade, we even found a parking spot right outside! Hosts were super friendly n helpful. Honestly bar was a nice touch too!

the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking n the steps up to the hotel can be a struggle if ur not fit.

Fantastic sea view and lovely room! The honesty bar idea is great. I reminded me of a fancy cocktail connoisseur settling my tab at the end!

I did try to enjoy the too-firm bed but it reminded me of sleeping on a brick-a bit too hardcore for my delicate back!

The breakfast was well organized and delicious, pre-ordered the night before, it came out fresh, especially liked the scrambled eggs and fruit.

Wasn't cheap, but given the views and services, it felt alright.

The location is fantastic with fine sea views. The walk up can be challenging, especially for those with mobility issues. Loved the breakfast options, cooked to perfection.

This place suits me perfectly! With amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour security, it has everything I need. The staff even helped me find my way on my first stay. Don't miss the great breakfast!

Just an appropriate option for a passing visit in Llandudno with fantastic value for money. The couple who owns the place are so cute. Book a room with a sea view for a great experience.
